I’m always searching for great resources to share with fellow dog lovers, and I recently found a dog training program that really impressed me. As you probably know, I have four Great Danes—amazing dogs, but let’s be honest, they’re not always that great! A quick story—when I lived in Alaska, I served on the fire, EMS, and search and rescue team. I met “sea dogs” trained to locate people in water. Inspired, I started working with my own Great Dane puppy. Within months, he instinctively picked up hand signals and incredible self-control—he wouldn’t touch food on the table even if I left the room for an hour!
